Join us from the comfort of your home on Zoom. This is a well-rounded practice that is calming, yet invigorating, and a great way to center yourself mid-week. I offer a YIN based yoga practice with elements of Vinyasa(breath and movement), pranayama (breath-work) and meditation.
A typical practice will include both active, shorter held poses, which help strengthen/tone muscles, improve circulation/flexibility, and increase stamina, with more passive, longer held shapes to work on the deeper denser connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), which promotes joint health, healthy range-of-motion, and improved flow of energy. Together, these complimentary practices can help restore overall balance for the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system, etc.. My intention is to help hold a safe space for all to feel welcome and supported. Hope to see you soon!
