Join us from the comfort of your home on Zoom. This is a well-rounded practice to help you feel calmer, yet invigorated, and a great way to center yourself mid-week. This class is an offering of YIN yoga with elements of Vinyasa (breath and movement), pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
To help your muscles feel stronger and more toned, practice will include active, shorter-held poses, which help improve circulation and flexibility, and increase stamina. To bring you better joint health and improved range of motion, you will also practice more passive, longer-held shapes that work on the deeper denser connective tissues (fascia, tendons, and ligaments) to improve the overall flow of energy throughout your body. These complimentary practices help restore overall balance for the mind, body, emotions, nervous system, etc. My intention is to help hold a safe space for all to feel welcome and supported.
