Join on zoom, from comfort of your home, for a well-rounded practice to help you feel relaxed, at ease, and centered. These complimentary practices help restore overall balance.

    Meet Karen Joy

    My yoga journey has been full of joy, stuffering, wisdom, and compassion. I took my first yoga class in 2000, and I had no idea how much Yoga & meditation would transform my life. Although I realize that change is a constant, and suffering is a reality, I'm grateful to the teachers who have given me powerful tools to suffer less. I am honored to walk alongside others as they venture on their own yogic journey of self-discovery, and I support them as they learn to trust and love themselves, and lead a life of more ease and empowerment.
