    • Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM: Vinyasa Yoga at 16 Old Seabury Road, York, Maine - Experience the beauty of beginner yoga in a safe and welcoming space. Take the time to break down each posture, moving slowly with intention. Find the perfect balance between stability and flexibility as you explore the fluidity of Vinyasa.     Meet Karen Joy

    My yoga journey has been full of joy, stuffering, wisdom, and compassion. I took my first yoga class in 2000, and I had no idea how much Yoga & meditation would transform my life. Although I realize that change is a constant, and suffering is a reality, I'm grateful to the teachers who have given me powerful tools to suffer less. I am honored to walk alongside others as they venture on their own yogic journey of self-discovery, and I support them as they learn to trust and love themselves, and lead a life of more ease and empowerment.
