YIN~YANG yoga is a complimentary practice including both active and passive poses. This practice is gentle yet strong, accessible for most. The active poses help strengthen and tone the muscles, improve circulation & flexibility, increase stamina, and reduces tension in the body and calms the mind by connecting breath with movement (vinyasa). While, passive poses work deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), stimulate energy channels (meridians) and bring balance to the organs in the body.
