Yin~Yang Vinyasa Yoga
This class is a well-rounded practice that is calming, yet invigorating, and a great way to complete your week. Practice will include more active poses to strengthen and tone muscles, improve circulation and flexibility, and increase stamina, and longer held poses to work more deeply on connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), which stimulates energy channels (meridians) to balance to the organ systems. We will also practice 'vinyasa' by intentionally connecting breath and movement to help steady the mind, emotions, and more. Philosophy and sutra also included. See you there!
